Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All shipping costs will be prepaid by the purchaser. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout. We ship via UPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses. For local distributors, we offer pick-up at our outlet store.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Delivery Time

The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping method available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

You may request notification of your delivery information and/or tracking #(s) by indicating your e-mail address and tracking request in the comments section of your order.

Payment Methods

We accept Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete or the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment if you have indicated that request. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation of your order.

Out of Stock Items

Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items may be placed on back order. You will be notified via phone or email if this occurs.

If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel all or part of your order upon notification. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.

If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee that you will love what you buy from us by offering a risk-free, no-questions asked 30 day Return and Exchange policy, subject to the following conditions…

  • Items claimed to be damaged from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and must be returned to us within 14 days of the reported date to qualify for refund or exchange.
  • Undamaged, unused products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by calling us for a return authorization #. Return shipping on these items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Any product deemed defective from manufacture will be exchanged within 180 days at the discrepancy of the seller.

Refunds

  • You must inform us at accounts@naturallygoodscents.com or by phone at 440.461.9930, and obtain a return authorization # if you intend to return/exchange an item. No action will be taken on items returned to us without a return authorization #.
  •  
  • Please include the invoice in your return package, marking the items that you would like a refund or exchange for.
  • Items must be unused and in the original brand-new condition.
  • Refunds for damaged goods must be approved by NGS Corp. which will be indicated in your return authorization file. Damages must match description given in claim. Return authorization # must be indicated with returned item(s).
  • Shipping charges are not covered by the refund policy. Cost such as postage, packaging material, logistics and packing services that were incurred in the shipment of the package and all these constitute to the shipping charges.
  • If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to authorization and the availability of stock. The replacement item will be shipped within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item(s). All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) plus a nominal handling charge will be bore by the customer unless exchange is approved by NGS Corporation as replacement for a defective item.
