Pamper Me! Herbal Pain Relief

Instructions & Tips for Use

To use WARM...
We recommend misting your herb pal with spring or filtered water before heating it. Misting increases the life of the herbs by preserving freshness and it also brings out the aromatic value of the herbs. To heat: place your herb pal in the microwave set for one to two minutes. If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the herb pal over half way through the heating process. Check the herb pal every 30 seconds while it is heating, to avoid burning. If needed, you may heat it up for another 30 seconds until you get the temperature desired. Check the temperature before use and either wait for it to cool, or wrap it with a towel before use if it feels too hot. If you don't have a microwave you can heat your herb pal in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°; wrap the herb pal in foil, then heat for approximately 15 minutes. Check every 5 minutes to avoid burning and always check the temperature before use!

To use COLD...
Place the herb pal in a plastic zip-close bag and place in the freezer for 2 or more hours. Your herb pal will stay cold for approximately 30 minutes. You may also keep your herb pal in the refrigerator if the freezer is too cold for your liking.

To preserve freshness:
Keep your herb pal in a plastic bag in the freezer or refrigerator when not using it. Some folks prefer to keep one in the freezer all the time for cold use and another one in the fridge to use for warming up. Using each herb pal in just one way or the other (hot or cold) will help to increase the life of your herb pals.

To clean your herb pal:
Wipe with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry. (Or look into one of our cushy herb pal covers that you can throw into the wash!)
